Returns
1. Stocked item
If the item is faulty or damaged and does not perform its advertised function:
(a) The item must be returned within 30 days.
(b) A replacement item will be sent freight free, on receipt of the returned item.
(c) The return freight cost will be recorded as a credit on the customer’s account.
(d) Where the wrong item is ordered, we are open to negotiation, dependent on circumstances.
2. Standard product, made to order
If the item is faulty or damaged and does not perform its advertised function:
(a) The item must be returned within 30 days.

(c) The return freight cost will be recorded as a credit on the customer’s account.
(d) Where the wrong item is ordered, we are open to negotiation, dependent on circumstances.
3. Indented Product and Back Orders
Indent:
This refers to an item or product which can be sourced by Electrastart Ltd but is not normally held in stock.
It is ordered by Electrastart Ltd, from the supplier, in response to an order from a customer of Electrastart Ltd.
An Indented product must be paid for in full, at the time of ordering,
unless another payment system has been agreed to between Electrastart Ltd and the customer.
Back Orders:
This refers to an item or product which is normally held in stock by Electrastart Ltd,
but at the time of ordering by a customer, is either out of stock or held in insufficient quantities to meet, in full, the customer’s order.
In this situation, the customer will be advised when the outstanding items are available.
At this point the customer may change their order to relate only to the stocked items,
thereby cancelling their order for the outstanding items.
They are then required to pay for the items purchased.
If they do not modify their order, Electrastart Ltd will require them to pay for the total quantity ordered,
and the out-of-stock items will be placed on back order.
The outstanding items will be supplied, freight free, once they are available.
General Terms Covering all Returns
(a) Returns are only accepted if the goods are returned in the same condition they were sent.
(b) It is the Buyers responsibility to ensure that goods are returned safely to the supplied return address.
(c) Returns are the Buyers responsibility. We are unable to provide courier services or prepaid courier bags.
(d) We recommend using a tracked return service as we accept no responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
(e) Purchases must be returned as complete with all original accessories, manuals, bags, cartons, boxes, and packing materials.
(f) We accept no liability for costs or losses associated with products that are faulty or not as described, beyond what you paid to us.
(g) Any redirection via the carrier to the returns address will be deemed a ‘change of mind’ return and is not eligible for a shipping fee refund.
(h) Where Goods returned as faulty are tested as non-faulty, and the Buyer requests a return, we may charge a shipping fee to return the Goods.
(i) We have repair facilities and carry spare parts for each product we manufacture.
(j) We offer a return-to-base refund or a replacement guarantee.
(k) When a repair or replacement is unavailable, we offer a refund.
Goods Arriving Damaged
We are unable to issue a replacement or refund until the carrier has had the opportunity to complete an investigation.
The Buyer must inspect the goods at the time of delivery and report any damages, faults,
or incorrect or missing goods via email to Electrastart within 72 hours. Take photographs to support a claim.
Cancellation of Order
Is accepted only accepted if the item/s are not yet sent.
For indented items, cancellation is only accepted if the supplier is prepared to stop production.
